Ken Knapp, Owner/Agent
Ken is the founder of Knapp Insurance Agency. His career in insurance began as a Farmer's agent in the 90's. Ken became an independent insurance agent in 2001. Ken was born in Pennsylvania, went to college at Michigan State University and the University of Oregon where he earned a degree in Marine Biology. Ken moved to Jackson, Wyoming in the 70's and worked for many years as an Outdoor Writer. He and his wife, Roberta, and two children, Jeff and Rachel, moved to Helena in the early 90's. Ken is the proud grandfather of Liam, Rachel's son. Ken enjoys everything outdoors.

Roberta Knapp, Owner/Agent
Roberta lives in Montana City with her husband, Ken and their three labs: Bully, Frosty and Hershey. She has two grown children, Jeff and Rachel, both living in the Helena area. Roberta is also the proud grandmother of Liam, Rachel's son. She was educated at Michigan State University and is a certified teacher, former government employee for 20 years, and a licensed insurance agent in Montana since 2002. She has lived in the Helena area since the early 90's, enjoys fly fishing, river rafting, hunting, golf and travel.

Kadee Knapp, Agent
Kadee was born and raised in the wonderful city of Helena, Montana. She went to school at Rossiter Elementary, CR Anderson and then graduated from Capital High in 2002. Kadee attended the University of Montana, was a Griz for four years and earned a BA in Elementary Education in 2006. She began working for Knapp Insurance in May of 2007, after teaching at Head Start, and obtained her insurance license in April of 2008. Kadee was married to her husband, Jeff, on June 7th of 2008 and became a part of the Knapp family. She enjoys working in insurance and looks forward to each day and the opportunity it brings of meeting new clients and friends that come into the office. Kadee and her husband are expecting their first child on February 3, 2011.

Rindi Pocha, Agent
Rindi is a 4th generation Helenan. Her family is very active in the Native American community. She attended Radley Elementary in East Helena and Helena High School. She graduated from Decatur High School in Federal Way Washington. She attended Helena College of Technology of the University of Montana for 2 years and then obtained her insurance license in June of 2006. She joined the Knapp Insurance Team in December of 2007.

"Liam" - The Specialist
At 4 years of age, this big guy can do anything you need, but specializes in Spaghetti O's, Mac & Cheese and "Cars" - The Movie. Liam's schedule is a little full, so he is on an "appointment only" basis. Please don't interrupt his tough job of game playing or you might get a grumpy face. Any other time you might be able to steal a hug. Please give a warm welcome to Liam.

Alfie joined the Knapp Insurance team in June of 2010. Although he specializes in being cute, he may try to occasionally lend a hand in the office filing duties...if you can wake him from a nap.
